Cycling: If you enjoy cycling, this is it! The ideal training for all cyclists. On stationary Bikes (SCHWINN – the Original! – chaindriven!) mountain-biking and flat-terrain racing is simulated to music. Periods of active recovery are also part of it. Every participant determines his/her own level of resistance on an anonymous plus/minus dial. Suitable for all fitness-levels, beginners to professionals.
